Building Permits

What homeowners and building contractors need to know.

The GCCA building rules are simple.  Homes must be set back at a minimum of 35 feet in the front, 10 feet on each side, and 40 feet from the rear.

Please submit your architectural plans to the GCCA.  They will be printed, reviewed by any and all residents of Countryside,  and if the above criteria is met, the plans will be approved.  If the above setbacks are not met, the plans will not be approved.

Plans maybe submitted electronically to countrysidecivic@gmail.com.

Plans may be submitted by US Postal Service at P. O. Box 108, Glenview, IL  60025.  An email letting the Association know that plans are on the way would help expedite approval.
